Financial Information:

Payment of services is expected at the time when the service is rendered.  Payment plans are offered through CareCredit, but no in-office payment plans are offered. 

If you have dental insurance we will gladly process your dental claim as a service to you.  Keep in mind that dental insurance is an agreement between the policy  holder and the insurance company.  We have no contracts with any dental insurance company.  The estimate of the patient’s portion of the payment, including copays and deductibles, are required on the day of service.
